Onboarding

I may not be an agency, or a major company, but I have found a nice working model.

  1. Initial Contact
Usually, this kicks off over a casual meetup, maybe over coffee or preferably a beer. This is where you tell me about your problem, your goals, and dive into the project. We can often get to the assessment in this phase. If you're talking to me, chances are you've got a budget in mind, so don't hesitate—let's hear it.

  2. Proposal
After some back-and-forth, once we're all on the same page with requirements, timelines, and deliverables, we can wrap things up with a contract.

  3. Kickoff
Once we've crossed all the T's and dotted the I's, it's time to roll up our sleeves. This usually involves a follow-up, setting up crystal-clear communication channels, scheduling, outlining project objectives, and establishing the rhythm for the rest of our work together.
